The Love Below deals with love on every single level and plateau. Ironic because according to Andre 3000's The Love Below, the album is ice cold. There are too many hidden phrases to decipher over a hot cup of coffee. Outkast made it impossible to explain their double CD. Nominated for six Grammys, Outkast has accomplished something unheard of by a Hip-Hop group by having the most nominations of any other artist this year. He decides in one verse that these two teenagers are his favorite rappers in the world. He turns up his boom box to listen to "Playa’s Ball", the first single from a new Atlanta Hip-Hop group duo called Outkast. A young man obsessed with rap music is dressed in Dickie pants and FILA sandals (with socks). Rewind 10 years to a porch in Atlanta, Georgia. Andre 3000 and Big Boi went their separate ways on two different musical pilgrimages only to come back together and deliver one of the most unique Hip-Hop albums of all time.
